October Weekend

Croí Connections retreats provide an opportunity to journey towards a deeper connection to yourself.  Each retreat is tailored to foster a safe space where participants can take meaningful steps towards healing and personal growth. Our retreat will be co facilitated by Michael Maisey of The CIP Project.  Michael is the only initiated Lakota Sundancer in the UK and Ireland and we are privileged that he brings his many skills to guide you over the course of the weekend.  The weekend will include a traditional Lakota sweat lodge ceremony, hosted by Michael, Guided Breathwork, Shadow Work and an opportunity for some fun and connection with the Croì Connections community.
