SUMMARY:October Weekend Event - Awaken to Connection
DESCRIPTION:Croí Connections weekend retreats are designed to nourish your body mind and spirit. Set in the heart of the Boyne Valley\, in a safe and serene environment\, we will cultivate meaningful connections with each other and deepen self awareness and understanding. \nThrough a combination of guided Breathwork\, group sharing and intentional connection practices you will have the opportunity to release tension and stress\, develop greater empathy and compassion for yourself and others and let go of emotional blockages and patterns. \nConscious Connected Breathwork encourages natural healing from within and helps us to reconnect to the innate wisdom within our bodies. The body can hold on to unresolved emotions\, pain and trauma long after an event has passed which causes the nervous system to remain in a state of heightened alert\, causing stress\, tension or anxiety. Breathwork can help to regulate the nervous system and restore balance. It can also help to relieve tension and increase resilience and recovery\, as well as aiding the release of old trauma from our bodies. \nShadow Work or Emotional Processing  You are invited\, willingly\, to step into a supportive space\, guided by your facilitators\, where you can tell your story. Shadow work may be evocative and challenging but can be transformative and may provide clarity for the participant. This deep emotional processing can provide a catalyst for an individual to let go of something that is holding them back in their life and allow space for healing\, love and connection. \nWhen booking on to our events you will receive a full itinerary regarding what you will need and you can tell us your accommodation and food preferences. Quality\, fresh food\, tailored for all will be provided and accommodation will be either indoor or outdoor camping. The indoor venue at Glebe House is available with air mattresses provided. During the Sweat Lodge ceremony you will be taken through rounds of purification\, each lasting 20 to 30 minutes over a period of 3-4 hours.
