Join us at Croí Connections for a transformative holistic retreat designed to foster personal growth and emotional healing in a safe and supportive environment.
Our full weekend retreat focuses on self-exploration, connection, and spiritual wellness through our core activities.
Native American Sweat Lodge:
Facilitated by Michael Maisey, a vastly experienced and initiated Lakota Sundancer, this ancient ritual combines storytelling, visualisation, meditation, signing and chanting. The ceremony can last 2 to 3 hours and is followed by optional ice baths and cold showers.
Guided Holotropic Breathwork:
This powerful practice encourages natural healing from within, helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. It aids in regulating the nervous system, relieving tension and releasing old trauma, promoting stress relief and resilience.
Shadow Work /Emotional Processing:
A guided process for sharing and resolving past traumas or current challenges. This deep emotional processing can be transformative, offering clarity and healing. Participation is entirely optional.

We will introduce other engaging activities throughout the weekend to enhance your experience.
