Croi Connections events provide an opportunity to journey towards a deeper connection to yourself.
This one day event offers the opportunity to have an experience like no other. The Sweat Lodge is a purification ceremony, deeply steeped in both Celtic and Lakota traditions. It is a mystical ceremony of profound connection and weaves together prayer, song and a blending of our human experience. During the Sweat Lodge ceremony you will be taken through rounds of purification, each lasting 20 to 30 minutes over a period of 3-4 hours. After the lodge we will come together to share some food and laughter.
Our July Sweat Lodge ceremony will be facilitated by Michael Maisey of The CIP Project. Michael is the only initiated Lakota Sundancer in the UK and Ireland and we are privileged that he brings his many skills to guide you through the lodge. You can read more of Michael’s story on our website.
